  • Experience:More than 7 years or more of management experience in telecommunication or adjacent industry with preferably multinational companies with managerial positions and more than 3 years in same position – HR Business Partnering area
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business partner

AC4694 - Digital Touch Points Management Manager

  1. Min. S1 graduate from reputable university with major Communication/Marketing Management/IT
  2. Communication/interpersonal skills
  3. Knowledge on Customer Journey
  4. Knowledge on Usability/User experience
  5. Knowledge on Touch Point/Owned Media Operations
  6. Knowledge  and passion on Mobile Technology

VAC4644 - Channel Budget Opex Administrator

VAC4643 - Division Head Sales - Mobile Financial Services

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with management background
  2. (Master’s degree desired/preferred but not required)
  3. 7+ years of experience in retail and corporate sales
  4. Work in financial services or Banking background for at least 2 to 3 years at the same level
  5. Solid & proven experience in Experience developing and managing sales performance
  6. Must have a proven track record of driving successful business results at retail field locations  through direct sales activities

VAC4646 - Division Head Distribution & Merchant - Mobile Financial Services

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with management background
  2. (Master’s degree desired/preferred but not required)
  3. 7+ years of experience in sales, distribution & partnership management
  4. Work in financial services company for at least 2 to 3 years at the same level
  5. Solid experience in Experience developing and managing strategic partnering relationship
  6. Proven experience in developing new sales distribution/merchant and managing channel/merchant sales efforts

VAC4642 - Manager HR Business Partner – Technology Stream

  1. Minimum BS, preferably MS (HR Management, Physiology, Economic)
  2. 3-5 years of working experience in  HR generalist experience including in-depth knowledge of people development and administration, organization, performance management, employee relations and engagement, labor relations and HR policy
  3. Ability to stay focused, delegate and manage work under pressure with multiple priorities
  4. Fluent in English
