Responsibilities :

Responsible to manage all administration works in multi departments including English correspondence; filing; maintaining database; events, meeting and travel arrangements. Must have track records in doing multi-tasking works, communicating effectively, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to interact with all levels of staff. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for success.

Minimum Diploma 3 from reputable Secretary school with excellent result.
Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in a relevant area.
Have experience in project administration is an advantage.
Positive “can-do” attitude.
Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Fluent in English both oral and written
